Moto Canada is a national, not-for-profit industry association representing manufacturers and distributors of motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, side-by-sides (ROVs), and the broader powersports sector across Canada. As the voice of the industry, Moto Canada plays a key role in advancing public policy and regulatory frameworks that promote safety, environmental responsibility, innovation, and sustainable growth. Working at the intersection of industry, government, and regulators, Moto Canada collaborates with policymakers, standards bodies, and member organizations to influence legislation, ensure compliance, and support industry-wide initiatives across Canada and internationally. Moto Canada is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the organization's digital marketing, social media, website content, and event promotion initiatives. Reporting to the leadership team, this role will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing Moto Canada's online presence, supporting industry and government affairs communications, and driving engagement across members, stakeholders, and the broader powersports community. The successful candidate will combine creativity with strong digital marketing expertise, including social media management, website content development, CRM utilization, campaign analytics, and event marketing. This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset, and occasional travel within Canada is required. Responsibilities Oversee and manage website content, creative assets, updates, and overall presentation. Create and manage content for Moto Canada’s social media accounts, including industry, event, brand, and government affairs communications. Develop and maintain an organic social media content calendar. Create engaging digital content that builds brand awareness, community, loyalty, and audience participation. Serve as a brand ambassador at trade shows, industry events, and online. Build excitement and engagement for Motorcycle and Powersports Shows and the Moto Canada Connect brand. Develop online marketing campaigns to promote events, increase attendance, and support member and stakeholder engagement. Establish campaign objectives and measurable performance indicators, including website traffic, audience growth, engagement, conversions, and event-related results. Monitor campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve reach and effectiveness. Develop quarterly reports on marketing and social media KPIs. Create annual and quarterly marketing plans across multiple digital and communication channels. Understand and leverage CRM tools and stakeholder databases to support targeted marketing, communications, audience segmentation, and engagement tracking. Ensure CRM and marketing information is organized, current, and effectively used to strengthen communications. Prepare rider- and association-facing materials, including newsletters, press releases, event communications, and digital updates. Monitor social media trends, best practices, platform developments, and competitive activity. Engage internal and external stakeholders to grow Moto Canada’s digital reach and online community. Work closely with third-party marketing, public relations, and creative agencies. Support content creation at events, including photography, video, interviews, and on-camera communications as required. Skills & Qualifications Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, or a related area. Experience managing website content and coordinating digital creative assets. Demonstrated ability to create and execute social media strategies and content calendars. Experience developing digital campaigns for events, programs, brands, or member engagement. Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and KPI reporting. Experience using CRM platforms, contact databases, or email marketing tools for targeted communications and audience engagement. Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Bilingual communication skills in English and French are considered a strong asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to brand voice and presentation. A collaborative, positive, and results-oriented working style. Comfort speaking on camera and in public; media training will be provided. An interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the broader industry is considered an asset. Availability to travel within Canada for trade shows, events, and industry activities. Requirements

Requires five or more years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with demonstrated skills in social media strategy, website content, digital campaigns, analytics, and CRM or email marketing tools. Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration are required; English-French bilingualism, public speaking comfort, industry interest, and availability for travel are assets or role expectations.
