Responsibilities * Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls and emails * Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence to deadlines * Process documents related to insolvency filings * Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner * Schedule appointments with clients * Open, close, organize and maintain insolvency files * Create, format, assemble and proofread drafts * Maintain all incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail * Provide general admin support to consultants, managers and partners * Uphold electronic and paper filing systems * Scan and E-file documents * Prepare letters, as directed, using template letter formats * Respond to inquiries * Communicate and coordinate with the team regarding client service work and the flow of information * Provide support and guidance to other team members * Schedule team meetings * Assist with tax assembly and processing as required Skills and Experience * Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in an administrative or support position * Experience working in a Professional Services environment, in insolvency, is considered an asset * Strong customer service skills * Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel * Experience in answering and directing customer phone calls through a phone system in a professional, courteous manner * Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn internal databases is an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office. Requirements

Candidates must have two to five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or insolvency environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills are required for this role.
