Our client in Bradford is looking for an experience Robotic Weld Operator. This role will be straight days (7 am – 4pm), however, if the business requires it, this person may be required to work on afternoons (2pm – 11pm) Location: Bradford, Ontario. 100% On Site Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy Compensation: $28 - $32/hr Responsibilities Operate and monitor robotic welding systems for steel fabrication. Load, position, and secure steel components Set up welding machines, fixtures, wire, gas, and welding parameters according to production requirements. Verify robot programs and make basic parameter adjustments when required. Perform basic troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment. Replace welding wire, contact tips, nozzles, and other consumable components. Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and work areas. Minimum Requirements Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment Experience with steel welding and fabrication. Ability to read and understand welding drawings and shop drawings. Knowledge of MIG welding processes Basic understanding of welding parameters such as voltage, amperage, wire speed, and gas flow.
