Position Description As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday -Friday Key Responsibilities Ability to maintain quality standards. Maintain a pace that is consistent to meet shipping standards. High degree of concentrated attention required. Ability to learn duties of job in a short period of time. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary. Ability to work overtime when it is deemed necessary. Committed to the safety program of the company. Constant care necessary to prevent serious injury. Teamwork at all levels. Required Education & Qualifications 3+ years working experience as a Warehouse Worker. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Must have an active certificate (not in-house) to operate a Forklift. Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs materials Basic computer skills/ Microsoft Office. Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
