Behind the brand is a team with experiences at Harvard Business School, McKinsey, and Google - and you'll get to work directly with them in a global, fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will constantly learn new things. ✨ Your responsibilities: - Own the reporting across DTC, Amazon and paid, and come with a point of view on what the numbers mean - Run site conversion work: landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles, popups, and a live test calendar - Brief creators and designers, and keep content and assets moving to deadline - Support budget decisions across channels and track spend against results weekly - Work alongside our lifecycle marketer on email and SMS execution - Hold the marketing calendar across the internal team, agency and freelancers ✨ What we're looking for: - Strong analytics. GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Amazon reporting. You build the spreadsheet rather than wait for one - Comfortable in Figma, enough to review, mark up and put together a simple layout - Strong writing. You can brief creative and write a hook that lands - Organized and reliable, with a system for tracking your own work - Ability to take initiative and be resourceful - A startup mindset. Comfortable wearing different hats and switching gears quickly You will be working directly with the head of eCommerce and marketing on a wide range of things, and priorities move fast.
