Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Victoria, BC and involves providing holistic, patient-centered nursing care across Monarch Health Solutions’ core service areas. The Registered Nurse conducts comprehensive health assessments, develops and implements care plans, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patient progress. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, educating clients and families on health management, and supporting preventive care initiatives, ageing in place strategies, and home care services. The role also includes maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and actively contributing to quality improvement efforts. The nurse will build trust with patients through compassionate communication and consistent, reliable care. Qualifications Clinical nursing skills, including health assessment, care planning, and medication administration. Patient care competencies such as chronic disease management, wound care, and preventive health support. Strong communication, education, and interpersonal skills to engage patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize caseloads and manage multiple care activities. Commitment to person-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and respectful, trauma-informed practice. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable regulatory body in British Columbia. Experience in community health, home care, geriatric care, or primary care settings is an asset. CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with relevant provincial health regulations and best practices. Comfort with electronic health records and basic digital documentation tools. Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to evolving patient needs, and uphold high standards of professional ethics.

Requirements
