As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Salary: $21-23/hr Work setting: Community based in Toronto/North York area. Travel is required. Headcount: 2 Schedule: Mondays - Saturdays, between 9AM - 7PM EST (schedule based on client availability) Take an inside look at what you will do each day: Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions Collect and graph data Maintain client binders and materials Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Uphold Centre policies and procedures Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House Attend Monarch House social and public events Support clients with personal care tasks such as dressing, toileting, and eating Here is what you will need to be successful Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Legally authorized to work in Canada Access to a reliable vehicle for daily use Available for hourly shifts that can build to full time Currently hiring to build capacity for intake inquiries (i.e., slow schedule build) Experience delivering services in home and community Ability to travel to in home sessions or community sessions up to a 30min radius from center. Willingness to travel for in-home/community sessions, including availability on weekends as needed.
