Establish a positive centre culture, build relationships with families and the community, and support the new service’s opening, growth, and quality improvement.

Provide high-quality education and care, build nurturing relationships with children and families, and support engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and Montessori principles. Maintain a safe learning environment, comply with relevant quality and child-safety requirements, document children's learning, and communicate with families about their wellbeing and progress.
