This is a role for someone who is comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales and influencing decisions at the highest level. Own the Product Conversation: You’ll be the commercial expert in the Canadian market, developing a deep understanding of the platform and confidently positioning its value with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with C-suite leaders across Canada’s wealth management sector. Leverage industry connections and networking to uncover and develop new business opportunities. Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Drive new-logo acquisition and lead complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through to close. Engage and influence multiple stakeholders while coordinating internal teams including Product, Marketing and Customer Success. Position solutions effectively by understanding the wealth technology landscape, client needs and competitive environment. Stay informed on competitor offerings and market activity. Lead commercial negotiations and maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records. Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and long-term client value. Key Requirements Strong understanding of the wealth management and financial services industry. Experience selling technology to wealth management, banking, asset management or similar organizations. Strong network of senior decision-makers across the Canadian wealth management industry. Experience selling directly to C-suite and executive-level stakeholders. Proven ability to hunt for and win new business in a build-from-the-ground-up environment. Track record of closing 7-figure enterprise technology deals. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable building a business from the ground up.
