Senior Product Manager – AI-Powered PR & Media Intelligence Platform Remote, Canada (Eastern Time preferable) | Full-time My client is an established B2B SaaS platform used by communications and PR teams at Fortune 500 companies, agencies and government organisations. Their platform brings media relations, media monitoring, social listening and reporting into one place, tracking more than 200,000 media sources. They've already shipped generative AI features to customers and are now building AI agents that automate how PR teams search, filter and report on media coverage. They're backed by a profitable, fast-growing, Nasdaq-listed AI data company, giving them stability and access to deep AI and data expertise. The role As Senior Product Manager, you'll own one or more areas of the platform, taking features from customer problem to shipped, adopted capability. You'll also lead a small team of Product Owners and report to the VP of Product. What you'll do Own the roadmap and backlog for your product areas Run customer discovery through interviews, usage data, win/loss and competitive research Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and design Prioritise across new features, escalations, bugs and technical debt, and explain your reasoning Set success metrics before launch, then track adoption and keep improving Set the approach for accuracy, evaluation and guardrails on AI agent features, so results are trustworthy for enterprise customers Manage and develop a team of Product Owners, and help hire as the team grows What they're looking for 5 to 8+ years in product management, owning a product area end to end B2B SaaS experience, ideally with enterprise customers Strong written communication A working understanding of AI products (generative AI, search, automation) and how to judge whether the output is good 2+ years leading, mentoring or managing Product Owners, analysts or junior PMs Nice to have: experience in PR, communications, media intelligence or martech, or with AI assistants and copilots The details Fully remote in Canada, Eastern Time zone (Ontario preferred). Unfortunately this role is not open to candidates based in Quebec or BC Only one or two in-person meetups a year Health, dental and vision, RRSP matching, life insurance and an EAP Flex Fridays in summer, and no internal meetings on Fridays

Requirements

Candidates should have 5–8+ years of end-to-end product management experience, B2B SaaS experience, strong written communication, and a working understanding of AI products and how to evaluate their outputs. At least two years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Owners, analysts, or junior product managers is required; PR, communications, media intelligence, martech, or AI assistant experience is a plus.
