Role Description Mos Mos Coffee is seeking a Kitchen Help / Baking Assistant to join our growing team. This Part-time, on-site role focuses on supporting daily food preparation, baking, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities: Prepare baked goods and food items for store opening. Safely operate baking tools, equipment, and appliances to prepare ingredients following recipes and presentation standards. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Receive, rotate, and stock ingredients and inventory. Wash, disinfect, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen area. Set up and break down workstations efficiently. Lift and carry up to 25 lbs; stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and twisting. Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. Schedule: Morning and weekend shifts (Part-time). This role is ideal for someone passionate about baking, teamwork, and delivering quality in a fast-paced café environment. Qualifications Previous experience working in a coffee shop/cafe environment or as baker in a related environment Must be eligible to work in Canada. Able to lift up to 25kg equipment and ingredients. Food Handler Certification

Requirements
