Description Mosaic is seeking Merchandisers to support a well-known food retailer. In this role, you will visit various grocery stores throughout the region to perform merchandising activities as part of a collaborative team. What we offer Available: Schedule Monday to Friday ( Start 6:30 - 7am) 20 to 40 / week No working evenings and weekends Compensation for your km according to company policy and paid travel time Travel expenses and expenses are 100% covered by the company when performing outside the assigned territory. Responsibilities Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves. Ensure the execution of planograms at our client's site. A grocery retailer.Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs. Set up and install promotional materials. Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy. Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement. Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels. Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers. Create detailed reports and document in-store actions. Ability to work in a team environment. Any other related tasks Qualifications Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Merchandising experience (desirable) Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs. Availability to travel for special projects (possible overnights) Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately. Takes a sense of pride in the quality of service provided Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
