You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth to create mobile experiences used by 1M+ people. This is a full-time opportunity focused on Figma, mobile product design, UX research, and design systems. Design is at the center of everything this team builds. You won’t just be handed requirements and asked to make screens, you’ll own design experiences end-to-end, diagnose existing UX problems, talk directly with users, and turn insights into products that ship. This is an ideal role for a designer who wants significant ownership, fast feedback loops, and the opportunity to directly influence product growth and retention. This role is full time in office in Montreal. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products, game interfaces, or a comparable shipped product Strong UX fundamentals, including hierarchy, accessibility, cognitive load, information architecture, and interaction design Deep proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping Hands-on experience conducting user interviews or usability testing Proven experience taking products from concept through launch Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with significant autonomy Desired Skills & Experience Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries Illustration or visual design experience Experience in health, wellness, social, or gaming products Experience creating shareable or viral visual content Animation experience with Rive, After Effects, or Lottie Ability to implement designs using React Native / Expo, TypeScript, or Tailwind A sustained passion for a craft, sport, or community outside of work The Offer Bonus eligible You Will Receive The Following Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous vacation structure Equity options Current Vacancy: Yes Use of AI in Hiring: No Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Canada on a full-time basis now and in the future.
