Job summary
A leading enterprise organization is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator III to play a key role in maintaining and evolving a large-scale Microsoft infrastructure that supports critical business services. You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Windows-based platforms while contributing to ongoing infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational improvements. Working across virtualized, hybrid, and highly available environments, you'll partner with technical teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions and streamline day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement within a mature enterprise environment. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and core Microsoft technologies in production environments. Strong experience managing VMware virtual infrastructure, Windows server lifecycle management, system patching, and PowerShell-based automation. Demonstrated experience supporting highly available enterprise platforms, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and maintaining secure, reliable production systems. Desired Skills & Experience Experience supporting Microsoft Azure or other hybrid cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible. Knowledge of enterprise security standards, compliance frameworks, and infrastructure automation best practices.
