Sales & Performance: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development. Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
