Location: Victoria Job Type: Seasonal Dates: Oct 26 - Dec 18 (no sessions the week of November 9). About The Role Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and love working with people? We’re looking for a Grad Photography Welcome Host for approximately 7 weeks to help create a fun, efficient, and memorable experience for graduating students on their photo day. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a warm personality, excellent multitasking skills, and an interest in events, customer service, or the creative industry. What You'll Do Greet and check in graduating students for scheduled photo sessions. Help clients with graduation gowns, v-stoles, and regalia. Support customers with basic ordering questions. Ensure each visitor has a smooth and positive experience. Keep the front-of-house area/coffee station clean, organized, and welcoming. Respond to client inquiries. Work closely with photographers to maintain a steady photo session flow. What You Bring Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and people skills. Great with organization, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure. Basic computer literacy. Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail. Experience working in hospitality and events. Must be comfortable standing, walking, and helping clients with regalia. Schedule & Environment Seasonal, 8-hour shifts, Oct 26 - Dec 18 — mostly weekday afternoons/evenings. Paid training in Vancouver on October 24th. Casual but professional dress code. Requirements

Applicants should be friendly, professional, organized, and able to communicate well, multitask, and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer literacy, hospitality or event experience, and comfort standing, walking, and helping clients with regalia are requested; photography experience is not required.
