Lead the accounting team and oversee core finance operations, including month-end close, payroll, reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, compliance, and financial controls. Partner with project and operating leaders to review WIP, project and equipment costs, margins, variances, and financing needs, providing timely analysis to support business decisions.
