Who You Are: Reporting directly to the Ticketing Manager, the Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring we are delivering a positive shareable experience in addition to ensuring our ticketing business is operating at a profitable and professional level. What You'll Do: Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities with a strong commitment to superior customer service Work closely with the AdmitONE ticketing team and internal/external venues to facilitate event builds for MRG Live shows across multiple venues, platforms and cities. Process special ticket requests such as Guestlists, comps, VIP, Label Buys and coordinate delivery as needed Monitor presales and onsales while being available for any questions (ticket counts, inventory inquiries etc) Conduct quality control for all programming prior to onsales to ensure accuracy and standardization levels are accurate.. Collect and process daily ticket counts and track sales for MRG Live shows across multiple platforms. Inventory management for all MRG Live shows (Holds and releases) Help plan, program and facilitate Platinum, VIP Packages, rescaling, dynamic pricing and any other ticket event maintenance as required. Day of show support and/or prep for Box Office by providing vip lists, guest lists and special settlement requests that will be required for night/day of show. Run show reports and effectively explain audits/reports to stakeholders as needed as well as help provide settlement packages that meet the needs of MRG Live. Support and lead ticketing needs with quick response times and tight turnarounds. Use of Square to process manual payments Help research and develop new processes, standards and ticketing technology. Providing assistance to the Manager in all areas ticketing while helping to support and mentor any new ticketing members. Maintain effective communication with clients in order to cultivate long-lasting relationships Other duties as required What We're Looking For: Ticketing experience and knowledge would be considered a strong asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and strong attention to detail The ability to work in a team environment and support the company wide successes and vision Ability to maintain strong relationships both internally and externally Project management, multitasking and time management Innovative, creative and critical thinking Problem solving and analytical abilities Project management, multi-tasking, and time management Terms & Expectations: Due to the nature of the work, correspondence may be required on evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
