Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and electrical schematics Install and remove heat trace systems to specification Work safely around process lines, live systems, and hazardous areas Class I Zone 1 and 2 Perform electrical installations, terminations, wiring, and cable pulls Conduct insulation resistance testing Megger and verify continuity and grounding Support QA, testing, and commissioning of heat trace and electrical systems Use digital work packages, drawings, and quality documentation Participate actively in work groups and problem solving discussions Follow strong safety practices including LOTO, FLHA, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments Complete MSCP’s in house training program for Heat Trace and Heat Management Systems Primarily shop based work with some opportunity for overnight travel for field projects Role Requirements Electrical Journeyperson Certificate Valid driver’s license Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and digital tasking Experience with any of the following considered an asset Procore or other construction management software Thermon EHT systems Thermal insulation systems IRATA Rope Access Levels 1 to 3 What You Bring To The Team Strong judgement and problem solving skills Clear verbal and written communication Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail A collaborative and team focused approach Flexibility and willingness to learn Pride in workmanship and client focused behaviour A Different Kind of Workplace Our Heat Management System Is Built On a Coordinated Network Of Skilled Trades, Engineering, And Operations Rather Than a Traditional Top Down Hierarchy. Requirements
