Change Management Specialist – Onsite Location: Edmonton, AB Work Arrangement: Onsite, five days per week Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–4:30 p.m. MT Application Deadline: July 17, 2026 Potential Extension: Up to 18 months Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Change Management Specialist to support a complex public-sector transformation initiative. The successful candidate will create change deliverables, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and support communications, training, readiness and adoption. Responsibilities Develop change strategies, impact assessments and readiness materials. Create communications, presentations, training materials, job aids, FAQs and user guides. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demonstrations and alignment sessions. Gather requirements and translate project changes into practical stakeholder materials. Track change activities, dependencies, issues and deliverables. Support pilots, phased rollouts, implementation and adoption. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four or more years of change-facilitation experience. Four or more years developing change-management deliverables. Four or more years creating stakeholder communications. Ability to complete conflict-of-interest and criminal-record checks. Preferred Qualifications PROSCI or CCMP certification. Experience developing training and readiness programs. Experience gathering requirements.

The Change Management Specialist will develop change strategies and create various change deliverables. They will facilitate stakeholder sessions and support communications, training, readiness, and adoption efforts.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of experience in change facilitation and developing change-management deliverables. Preferred qualifications include PROSCI or CCMP certification and experience in training and readiness programs.
