Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred | Contract-to-Hire Considered Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, AI-forward Associate Director / Senior Program Manager to lead strategic AI-enabled transformation initiatives within Capital Markets. The ideal candidate brings strong Program Management / PMO experience in Financial Services, combined with practical, hands-on AI experience, including AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, and modern AI development tools. Experience in Prime Brokerage, Prime Services, or Prime platform transformation is a significant advantage. This is not a traditional PMO role. We need a proactive leader who understands how AI can transform program execution, business processes, executive reporting, and stakeholder decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead complex Capital Markets programs, managing multiple workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance. Drive AI-enabled business transformation and process optimization initiatives. Build, configure, or implement AI agents and automated workflows to improve program delivery and operational efficiency. Apply LLMs, AI coding tools, and automation technologies to reporting, analysis, documentation, and decision support. Create executive-level presentations, PowerPoint decks, dashboards, roadmaps, and data visualizations. Partner with senior business, technology, product, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders. Independently identify opportunities to leverage AI for measurable business improvements. Support Prime Brokerage platform modernization and implementation initiatives where applicable. Required Qualifications Strong experience in Program Management, PMO, or large-scale technology transformation. Financial Services experience, preferably in Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Practical AI experience beyond basic ChatGPT or Copilot usage. Hands-on exposure to AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, or AI-enabled development tools. Experience with AI platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools. Strong understanding of program governance, RAID management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication. Excellent PowerPoint, dashboard development, data visualization, and presentation skills. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and independent problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Prime Brokerage / Prime Services experience. Prime platform implementation or transformation. AI-agent development, configuration, or deployment experience. Experience at RBC or other major financial institutions. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
