The candidate must have: · Experience drafting and negotiating technology related contracts including SaaS, software licensing and cloud computing; · Experience with internet, social media and e-commerce issues; · A solid understanding of general product, business development and policy related to online consumer facing platforms; and · High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement with strong academic and law firm credentials.
