The Kitchen Helper is responsible for the high-quality preparation of food items and ensuring tasks are delegated and completed in a timely manner. They must also maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while assisting with banquets and special events.

First Cook

The First Cook is responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff during banquets and special events. They also manage inventory control and ensure the kitchen remains clean and compliant with provincial health standards.

Second Cook

The Second Cook is responsible for delegating tasks and ensuring the high-quality preparation of all food items in a timely manner. They must also maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards while supporting the Sous Chefs in banquet and event operations.

Catering Manager (1 Year Contract)

The Catering Manager oversees daily operations for food and beverage events, including client management, event planning, and revenue forecasting. They also coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of all assigned functions.

Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the Engineering Department to ensure the building remains safe, secure, and fully operational. This includes managing preventative maintenance programs, departmental budgets, and coordinating with external contractors and landlords.

Security Supervisor

Oversee a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and efficiency of the facility, including the interior, parking garage, and loading docks. Assist management in enforcing company policies and maintaining advanced security systems.
