About the Role The PMO Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, project reporting, and governance activities across technology and business initiatives within global financial institution. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who can collaborate effectively with both technology and finance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting, Planning & Forecasting Support project and program teams by maintaining and updating financials within project management tools. Validate financial data with Finance teams and investigate any variances. Assist senior leaders in the annual planning process for financials and resource allocation. Project Finance Subject Matter Expert Serve as the primary contact for project finance–related inquiries. Partner with Project Managers to prepare and maintain financial tracking templates and ensure financial accuracy across initiatives. Project Reporting & Analytics Generate and distribute project financial, resource, and status reports using tools such as Tableau. Develop and maintain dashboards to support leadership decision-making and portfolio oversight. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, or Asana Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence/reporting tools Strong financial reporting and analysis experience; accounting background preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field Prior experience in a PMO or project finance role within a large enterprise or financial institution
