In this position you will Support with Canadian Office operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating events and social activities, and facilities management. Carry out executive assistant tasks, including calendar management, travel booking and acting as committee secretary. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Office management and/or administrative experience. Education: Business Administration, finance or equivalent. Perfect command of English, Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other global teams. Ability to work with an international, multicultural team of people, both in-person and through online resources and capacity to coordinate with different stakeholders at the firm. Initiative, hands-on attitude. Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills. Proactive and independent. Strong relationship management skills. Technologically Savvy. Proficient knowledge of the following tools: google calendars, zoom, Microsoft Office. Location: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of other languages, preferably Spanish, French or German. Knowledge of tools/programs like: Monday, Canva, Asana, etc. Perks & Benefits Indefinite contract.
