We are recruiting for Welcome Desk Attendants to join our team for the fall/winter season at the East Hants Sportsplex. Our Welcome Desk Attendants greet patrons of the facility, answer inquiries in-person and on the phone, make bookings, collect payments for programs, and perform general front-desk duties. What You Can Offer Past experience in customer service or a willingness to learn. Experience with point-of sale software would be an asset. Current WHMIS, CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to successfully complete training provided. Clean Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry check. You are available to work flexible hours around the operational requirements of a sports facility, including some afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Requirements

Candidates should have past customer service experience and a willingness to learn, with point-of-sale software experience considered an asset. Applicants must be able to obtain WHMIS and CPR/First Aid certifications and pass a Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry check.
