Renumeration Members appointed to the Port Hope Police Services Board receive annual remuneration of $4,000. About The Municipality of Port Hope is seeking applications from residents interested in serving as a Council Appointee on the Port Hope Police Service Board. Under Ontario's Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 (CSPA), the Police Service Board is responsible for ensuring the provision of adequate and effective policing in the community, establishing priorities and policies for the police service, and providing civilian oversight and governance.
