Job summary

SAP Business Analyst Position Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, configure SAP solutions, coordinate testing activities, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions that support organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience across multiple SAP HCM modules and HR business processes. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design workshops. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution recommendations. Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, and SuccessFactors solutions. Support system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support activities. Coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation. Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, business process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and deployment plans. Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, vendors, and third-party providers to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. Support data migration, data validation, and interface development between SAP and third-party applications. Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective solutions. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Participate in Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies while supporting project planning, change management, and release activities. Provide ongoing production support while maintaining service levels and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SAP HCM Consultant, or Business Systems Analyst. Strong experience with SAP HCM including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits. Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR technology platforms. Proven experience gathering requirements, performing business analysis, and producing functional documentation. Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and HR transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and deployment processes. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP HCM Certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with HRIS integrations and third-party workforce management solutions. Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, Solution Manager, Winshuttle, LSMW, or similar enterprise tools.
