Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking a French-speaking Control Testing Analyst to support control testing, internal audit and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting initiatives. This is a remote contract operating under the client’s supervision. Contract Details Start date: October 12, 2026 End date: January 31, 2027 Location: Montreal, Quebec Work model: Remote Language: French mandatory; English considered an asset Resources required: 1 Responsibilities Perform control testing across internal control frameworks. Support internal audit and ICFR initiatives. Test and assess IT Application Controls and IT General Controls. Support compliance activities related to 52-109 and SOX requirements. Document testing activities, findings and supporting evidence. Assist with control testing during peak reporting periods. Work effectively within a client-led environment under client supervision. Required Qualifications Experience conducting control testing within internal control frameworks. Experience supporting internal audit and ICFR initiatives. Knowledge of ITAC and ITGC controls. Familiarity with 52-109 and SOX compliance requirements. Financial services industry experience. Understanding of risk management principles and control environments. Ability to support peak-period testing requirements. Strong French-language communication skills. Nice to Have English-language communication skills. ,
