Job summary

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines that support software development, testing, and production environments. You will work closely with software developers, QA teams, and product management to improve software delivery, security, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab. Support software deployments across virtualized environments and physical laboratory hardware. Develop and improve automation for software builds, testing, packaging, and deployments. Manage shared development and test infrastructure to maximize resource utilization. Maintain and administer Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on-premises environments. Deploy and manage software repositories and releases using Artifactory. Create and maintain Docker containers and container images for development and testing. Develop automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Helm. Build and maintain Debian packages and deployment artifacts. Support multi-architecture build environments, including x86_64 and ARM (aarch64). Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenSearch. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment using Jira. Continuously improve deployment processes, security, and infrastructure reliability. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience managing software repositories using Artifactory. Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash. Experience with Helm and Kubernetes application deployment. Knowledge of Ansible for infrastructure automation. Experience creating Dockerfiles and deployment containers. Experience building Debian packages and managing release artifacts. Understanding of cross-compilation environments for x86_64 and ARM (aarch64) platforms. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenSearch. Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts. Experience working in Agile development teams using Jira. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting embedded Linux or embedded hardware environments. Familiarity with secure software development and DevSecOps best practices. Experience optimizing cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes performance. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. ,
