Support the implementation and completion of pending SAP enhancements, primarily in the Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report areas. Help drive enhancement items related to customer subscriptions, renewals, and receivables through to completion.

he client is a global software company that develops and sells information management software. The client has a backlog of pending enhancements and is currently resource constrained, requiring support to drive these items through to completion. The enhancements and gaps are primarily focused within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Record-to-Report (RTR) areas, including customer subscriptions, renewals and receivables. The OTC Functional SME will support the implementation and completion of enhancements and requires strong SAP OTC functional knowledge and experience.
