Build and improve processes and internal controls, lead the accounting team, and partner with leadership and property stakeholders to automate routine work and deliver accurate, timely financial information.

The Property Accountant manages full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including financial reporting and bank reconciliations. They also serve as a primary point of contact for property managers, owners, and tenants regarding financial inquiries.
