We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform & GenAI Developer to design and develop intelligent business applications, automate enterprise workflows, and deliver AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Generative AI/LLMs, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise data integrations. This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into scalable solutions while applying strong practices around security, governance, performance, and AI implementation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Build, maintain, and optimize automated business workflows using Power Automate. Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and business applications across the Microsoft Power Platform. Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and other LLM technologies. Build AI assistants, chatbots, agents, and AI-powered workflow automation solutions. Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs for enterprise business use cases. Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Web Services, custom connectors, and other integration technologies. Design and optimize database solutions involving Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, SQL Queries, and data models. Integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud-based data sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Apply best practices for security, governance, performance, scalability, and maintainability across Power Platform and AI implementations. Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven enterprise solutions and emerging GenAI capabilities. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills : Microsoft Power Platform Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows Workflow Automation Experience with Microsoft Dataverse. Understanding of Power Platform Administration, Governance, Security, and Best Practices. Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and business applications. Generative AI & LLMs Hands-on experience developing Generative AI / AI-powered applications. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience integrating OpenAI GPT models. Experience with Anthropic Claude or similar LLM platforms. Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM output optimization. Experience developing AI agents, assistants, and chatbots. Understanding of LLM integration and fine-tuning concepts. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts. Experience building AI-powered workflow automation solutions. Database & Integration Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Hands-on experience with: Stored Procedures Views Functions SQL Queries Knowledge of database design and data modeling. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Web Services. Strong understanding of JSON/XML. Experience with API integration and enterprise system integrations. Nice-to-Have Skills Azure OpenAI Service Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps SharePoint Online Microsoft Fabric Python for AI/LLM integrations Azure AI Foundry What We're Looking For The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft Power Platform development expertise with practical Generative AI and enterprise integration experience. You should be comfortable working across business applications, workflow automation, APIs, databases, and emerging AI technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent enterprise solutions.
