You’ll collaborate closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to ensure technical quality, scalability, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise-level Webflow builds, CMS structuring, and Lumos framework best practices. Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce. Advanced proficiency with the Lumos framework, including component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ability to extend Webflow beyond native features). Experience working with Webflow Enterprise features (team collaboration, custom code, integrations, staging workflows). Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier/Make, and automation within Webflow ecosystems. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. What you'll be doing Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch. Implement the Lumos framework to build scalable, maintainable, and modular Webflow sites. Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects.
