Job details

Role Overview Are you a creative thinker who’s passionate about designing beautiful, high-performing websites? We’re looking for an Intermediate Website Designer to join the N4 Studio team and help bring our digital experiences to life. You’ll work closely with our development team to create stunning, conversion-focused websites that elevate brands and drive results. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation of design principles (ideally with solid experience in website UI and UX), the ability to translate strategic concepts into captivating visual assets, creative thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum bar. About N4 Studio We're a global digital agency of around 60 people specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We're Webflow's number one agency partner globally, which shapes how we work and where we're headed. We partner with ambitious brands to craft digital experiences that drive growth. With a distributed team across multiple time zones, we move fast, think strategically, and bring A-team energy to everything we do. Who You Are Have 3+ years of experience in web UI and UX design, preferably within a studio or agency environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of website design projects, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and how designs are built in platforms like Webflow. Experience working collaboratively on design teams across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions confidently. A proactive attitude with strong time management and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider studio culture. Passionate about digital design, emerging trends, and continuously improving your craft. Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering high-quality, user-centred web interfaces from initial concept through to developer handoff, primarily in Figma and Webflow. Collaborating with copywriters to develop content wireframes that integrate narrative flow and visual structure cohesively. Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent, user flows, and interaction patterns. Working closely with developers to ensure your designs translate accurately and efficiently into the final build. Participating in client-facing presentations, gathering requirements, presenting concepts, and iterating on feedback confidently. Partnering with project managers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure all design work aligns with client goals, brand guidelines, and project timelines. Staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and actively sharing new ideas and thinking with the team. Contributing to shared design systems, internal resources, and studio-wide quality standards.
