Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide support to our warehouse operations through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products using Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Participate in all aspects of warehouse related functions. Duties & Responsibilities: * Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational success * Live our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environment * Pick & stage outbound orders * Load and unload trucks and containers * Handling / sorting cartons identifying confirm sku’s * Sort inbound product and match against packing slip to ensure accuracy * Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory * Cycle counts * Relocating of product within the warehouse * Communicating with office on inventory questions * Filing of paperwork * Ensuring warehouse is clean * Daily equipment checks and maintenance * Ensure product / packages incoming or outgoing match designated paperwork. Report any discrepancies. * Report any damage to incoming products and ensure photos are taken Mindset & Personality: * Safety Conscious * Works well under pressure * Adaptable Professional & Educational Background: * 2+ years’ experience operating Forklifts * Warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL setting * Valid Forklift License Skills & Ability: * Mathematical Aptitude * Attention to detail * Organized * Time Management Effort & Working Conditions: * Must be physically able to stand and walk around dock/warehouse for long period of time and be able to bend, twist, climb and move about in small spaces, and be able to lift up to 50lbs and reach for objects. * May include occasional weekend work, shift work, in a highly targeted fast paced environment.
