Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator Assistant (Graphic Design Focus / Maternity Leave Cover) role is based in Vancouver, BC. The role supports the marketing team and brokers by designing and producing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital assets, and property listing collateral that align with brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and assisting with updating website and social media content for various commercial real estate listings. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content, proof and format materials, and prepare marketing packages for client meetings and sales initiatives. The role may also include assisting with event-related marketing, maintaining marketing templates and databases, and ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered on schedule. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to produce clear marketing copy and collaborate effectively with brokers and team members. Sales and Client Support orientation, with the ability to understand commercial real estate marketing needs and contribute to listing and investment promotion activities. Event Planning and Coordination experience to assist with marketing support for client events, open houses, and promotional initiatives. Project Management skills to handle multiple marketing projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized workflows. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience creating print and digital marketing materials. Solid understanding of branding, layout, and visual communication principles relevant to commercial real estate marketing. Comfort working in an on-site office environment and collaborating across departments; previous experience in real estate or professional services marketing is an asset. Post-secondary education in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Requirements
