Assistant Store Manager

Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. About The Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. We have the largest Canadian distribution network of vehicle replacement parts. Our banners in this division include household name NAPA Auto Parts, as well as Altrom-Autocamping, specialized in parts for imported vehicles, and CMAX, specialized in paint and body supplies. Support store objectives by providing exceptional customer service and implementing strategies to increase retail sales. Assist the Store Manager in motivating team members and managing store assets, including inventory and stocking.

Candidates must have strong aptitude for people management, communication, and organization. Fluency in both English and French is required for internal communication across Canada, and vehicle parts knowledge is considered an asset.
