Your route We are currently seeking an Order Processing Clerk to join the Purchasing Department at our Head Office in Kingston. This entry-level clerical role provides support to our 22 automotive and heavy-duty truck parts locations across Eastern Ontario. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting timely inventory replenishment, maintaining strong inventory turns, and contributing to overall gross profit performance. Salary Range: $42,600 – $53,300 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In This Key Role, You Will Manage daily replenishment, purchase orders, and branch transfers to ensure accurate, timely stock levels Monitor and rebalance network inventory to optimize availability, improve turns, and reduce excess Track fill rates, backorders, and purchasing data to minimize lost sales Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate inventory transfers Respond to branch inquiries and accurately receive and invoice product Under the hood To join our team, you need: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of inventory management and replenishment Clear communication skills and proficiency in MS Office About The Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks.
