Your route Within the NAPA distribution center located at Edmonton, you will work closely with the Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager. As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be: Supervise all aspects of order preparation, from receiving to shipping. Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes. Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas. Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors. Ensure the health and safety of workers. Under the hood To Join Our Team, You Need, Among Other Things A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. Good understanding of warehousing, including shipping/receiving. Diligence in work organization and procedure control. Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset). About The Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks.
