The Role We're looking for an Enterprise Software Sales Professional to join our team, reporting to an AVP of Enterprise Sales. In this role, you'll help financial institutions solve complex challenges while driving growth through strategic client relationships and new business opportunities. You'll own a robust pipeline of complex enterprise sales opportunities, managing deals from qualification through close and contributing directly to ambitious annual revenue targets and company growth. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You'll fit right in if you're collaborative, relationship-driven, and energized by helping customers solve meaningful business problems. You'll work closely with colleagues across teams and regions to deliver solutions that make a real impact for some of the world's leading financial institutions. What You'll Do Build and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decisionmakers at financial institutions. Lead enterprise sales opportunities through the full customer journey, from qualification and discovery through negotiation and close. Identify customer challenges and align Verafin solutions to solve business and regulatory needs. Partner closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive successful outcomes. Help expand Verafin's presence in North American markets by uncovering new opportunities and sharing market insights. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise account management. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage complex sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging executive-level decision-makers. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage opportunities and sales activity. Nice to Have Experience within software, SaaS, fintech, banking, or financial services. Knowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, risk management, or regulatory technology. Experience selling into large enterprises or highly regulated industries. This position will be located in St. John's, NL or Toronto, ON and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
