We’re looking for a Branch Manager who is a strong people leader, customer-focused, organized and business-minded—and who wants to make a meaningful difference every day. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead, coach and develop a high-performing branch team. * Drive branch sales, revenue, customer service and operational performance. * Build strong relationships with clients, therapists and healthcare professionals. * Oversee day-to-day branch operations, inventory, equipment and facility needs. * Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development. * Monitor budgets, P&L, expenses and accounts receivable. * Ensure quotes, orders, work orders, billing and service activities are completed accurately and on time. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and branch performance. * Create a positive, collaborative team culture where employees feel supported and accountable. WHAT YOU BRING * Leadership experience in a customer-focused or operations environment. * Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. * Experience managing employees, budgets and business operations. * A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships. * Ability to balance people, priorities and business results. * Experience in healthcare, mobility equipment or a related industry is an asset.
