Key Responsibilities: * Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditions * Assist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping duties * Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely * Inspect and operate basic tools and equipment as needed * Assist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects * Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas * Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule * Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols Qualifications and Requirements: * Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract * Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required * Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour * Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions – rain, shine, snow, etc. Skills and Abilities: * Exceptional communication skills in English * Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge * Excellent time management and punctuality * Knowledge and familiarity with the mining industry is considered an asset Natt Group of Companies is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
