WHAT YOU’LL DO * SUPPORT THE ANNUAL REVENUE PLAN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SALES LEADERSHIP AND FINANCE, HELPING ACHIEVE REVENUE, VOLUME, MIX, AND RATE TARGETS. * EVALUATE TRADE PROMOTION PERFORMANCE, INCLUDING TRADE SPEND, EVENT-LEVEL ROI AND ROTI, RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES, AND POST-EVENT RESULTS. * ANALYZE PRICING, PROMOTIONS, TRADE INVESTMENT, AND PRODUCT MIX TO IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES. * SUPPORT PRICING RECOMMENDATIONS THROUGH SCENARIO MODELLING AND MARGIN AND VOLUME ANALYSIS. * ASSESS PROMOTIONAL LIFT, PROFITABILITY, AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT. * MONITOR COMPETITIVE PRICING, MARKET TRENDS, AND CUSTOMER PERFORMANCE. * ANALYZE CUSTOMER, CHANNEL, AND SKU PERFORMANCE TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE REVENUE AND MARGIN. * BUILD DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS THAT MAKE COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND ACT ON. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, FINANCE, ECONOMICS, ANALYTICS, OR A RELATED FIELD PREFERRED. * AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REVENUE GROWTH, SALES OR COMMERCIAL ANALYTICS, PRICING, CATEGORY MANAGEMENT, COMMERCIAL FINANCE, OR A RELATED ROLE. * CPG, FOOD, OR RETAIL EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED. * STRONG EXCEL AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS; POWER BI EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET. * EXPERIENCE WITH NIELSENIQ, LOBLAW LDIA, WALMART SCINTILLA, OR CIRCANA IS AN ASSET. COMPENSATION & DETAILS * BASE SALARY: $75,000–$90,000 CAD, PLUS A 10% ANNUAL BONUS. * Amazing benefits and three weeks paid vacation. * REMOTE WITHIN CANADA.

Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in revenue growth, sales analytics, or commercial finance. Experience in CPG, food, or retail industries is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
