Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 (preferred) to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC Service work to our customers in the Richmond Hill area. Total compensation between $157,000 and $167,000 per year, including: * Base pay dependent on level of experience ($61.36 with GT2 and $65.60 with GT1) * Benefits package including Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Health Care Spending Account insurance programs * 10% Vacation/Stat Holiday pay to start * RRSP matching program * Profit sharing program * Life insurance for you and your family * Uniform allowance & Tool loan program * Training opportunities through our Learning Management System * Career development opportunities Requirements: * 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic license required * GT2 Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification * Service experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments * Experience with chillers considered an asset * Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset * Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy * Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check * Ability to work on-call shifts is required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Mechanical and electrical skills; Computer aptitude Please note: this posting is for an existing vacancy. Requirements

Must possess a 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic license and a GT2 Gas Technician license. A valid Ontario Driver's license and the ability to pass a security clearance are required.
