Job summary
Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced 313D HVAC Technician to join the HVAC division as a Residential (Condo) Lead Hand. The Residential Lead Hand will provide technical oversight and guidance across residential condominium operations, ensuring consistent service delivery, supporting technicians in the field, and helping our teams resolve complex technical issues. This position will also act as the primary escalation point for challenging service situations while collaborating closely with Condo Operations Managers to support service planning and execution. The following is a list of the many benefits that could be available to you as a valued Naylor Employee: * Competitive pay ($50.50/hour) * Benefit package including Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ Health Care Spending Account insurance programs * 10% Vacation/Stat holiday pay to start * RRSP matching program * Profit sharing program * Life insurance for you and your family * Uniform allowance & Tool loan program * Training opportunities through our Learning Management System * Career development opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical oversight and support to residential technicians across service and maintenance activities. * Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, helping troubleshoot and guide resolution. * Deliver mentorship and coaching to technicians to promote technical growth, safety, and best practices. * Promote consistency in service standards and operational processes across residential condo sites. * Assist with the preparation and review of quotes for residential condo service work. * Participate in technician site visits when additional technical support or assessment is required. * Support the training and development of technicians, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating training opportunities. * Assist with scheduling and booking required inspections for residential properties. * Work closely with Condo Operations Managers to support planning, service delivery, and client satisfaction. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within residential operations. Requirements: * Strong technical background in HVAC mechanical systems within condominium or multi-residential buildings is required. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide others through solutions. * Proven experience providing mentorship, coaching, or technical leadership. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with both field teams and operational leadership. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards. * 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License * GT2 Gas Technician license required or higher and ODP certification * Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy * Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check * Computer aptitude Please note: this posting is for an existing vacancy. Requirements
