Job summary
Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our team at Family Pharmacy on 46th in Lloydminster, Alberta. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacist Injection certification is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive wages Clinical service revenue bonus Comprehensive health and dental benefits License and malpractice reimbursement 5% RRSP matching Opportunity for career growth and professional development support Who We Are: Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
