Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at St. George Pharmacy in Saint George, New Brunswick. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control) Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists Injection certification is required Prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager is considered an asset Experience with Kroll is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive wages and performance-based incentives Robust sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Clinical service revenue bonus Comprehensive health and dental benefits License and malpractice reimbursement 5% RRSP matching Opportunity for career growth and professional development support Who We Are: Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies. Requirements
