Job summary

Contract Procurement Specialist (MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations). Location: Saskatoon, SK. Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3/2 schedule. Contract Length: 8-12 months. Role Summary: Support the development and execution of sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship strategies for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), OEM equipment, parts, and technical services. Work collaboratively with Category Principals and business stakeholders to deliver value through strategic sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, contract optimization, supply assurance, and total cost of ownership improvements. Contribute to supplier performance management and support operational readiness objectives. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or strategic sourcing. Strong contract negotiation experience is required. Proven ability to manage and execute contracts independently. Preferred Industry Experience Mining industry experience strongly preferred. Oil & Gas industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Parts & Services procurement. Understanding of: Contract logging and tracking Contract spending and spending management Commercial and procurement processes
