Neshama Hospice will be Canada's first residential hospice founded on Jewish values and open to all. Currently under construction, our new 12-bed facility will offer exceptional, no-cost end-of-life care to approximately 250 individuals from across Ontario each year, along with support for their families and loved ones. Our interdisciplinary team — including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, spiritual leaders, and volunteers — will deliver individualized care, counseling, spiritual support, and bereavement aftercare, addressing the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of each resident and those closest to them.

The Director of Operations will provide leadership across finance, HR operations, facilities, IT, procurement, and risk management. They will help establish the operational infrastructure and steward it as the hospice opens and grows.
